成渝地区双城经济圈建设是习近平总书记和党中央着眼新发展阶段、经略西部腹地、完善区域布局、促进协同发展作出的重大战略决策，是构建新发展格局的一项重大举措。

The construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle is a major strategic decision made by president Xi Jinping and the CPC Central Committee in the light of the new development stage, the strategy of the western development, the improvement of regional distribution and the promotion of coordinated development. It is also a major move to build a new development pattern.

为积极融入“成渝地区双城经济圈建设”，共推中医药的传承创新发展，2021年3月4日上午，重庆市合川区中医院党委书记张国强率医务科吴勇等一行4人来到四川省第二中医医院，就双方合作进行交流座谈。四川省第二中医医院党委书记张海、院长谢刚、副院长苟文伊和相关部门负责人参加座谈。

In order to actively integrate into the "construction of Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle" and jointly promote the inheritance and innovative development of TCM, on the morning of March 4, 2021, Zhang Guoqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chongqing Hechuan District Hospital of TCM, led Wu Yong, medical department, and other four people to Sichuan Second Hospital of TCM for exchange and discussion on cooperation. Zhang Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee of Sichuan Second Hospital of TCM, Xie Gang, President of the hospital, Gou Wenyi, Vice president of the hospital, and heads of relevant departments attended the meeting.

座谈会上，重庆市合川区中医院党委书记张国强介绍了医院基本情况，并对我院接收合川区中医院医生进行呼吸和肿瘤专科的进修学习表示感谢，同时希望与四川省第二中医医院在人才培养、学科建设和科研等方面给予支持，并开展更为广泛和深入的合作。

At the meeting, Zhang Guoqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chongqing Hechuan District Hospital of TCM, introduced the basic situation of his hospital, and expressed his gratitude to our hospital for receiving doctors of Hechuan District Hospital of TCM for further study in pneumology and oncology. At the same time, he hoped to receive more support in personnel training, academia and scientific research with Sichuan Second Hospital of TCM, and carry out more extensive and in-depth cooperation.

“与合川区中医院开展合作，是医院深入贯彻党中央和省委决策部署，推动成渝地区双城经济圈卫生健康一体化发展，落实四川省中医药强省建设行动方案的一项重要工作......”医院党委书记张海在发言中明确指出，与合川区中医院的合作十分贴合成渝地区双城经济圈建设和四川省中医药强省建设行动的要求，通过两院优势互补、共同发展，并以共建“阿曼医疗队”为合作亮点，唱好“双城记”，共同为推动成渝地区双城经济圈卫生健康事业发展和四川省中医药强省建设行动贡献力量。

Zhang Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the hospital, made clear in his speech, The cooperation with Hechuan District hospital is in congruent alignment with the requirements of the construction of the economic circle of Chongqing and the construction of Sichuan Province with strong TCM capacity. Through the complementary advantages and common development of the two hospitals, and taking the co-construction of the Oman medical team as the highlight of cooperation, the “tale of the two cities" will be well sung, Together, it contributes to promoting the development of medicine and health in the economic circle of Chengdu- Chongqing economic circle and the construction of Sichuan Province with competitive strength in traditional Chinese medicine.

谢刚院长表示，两院以此次进修学习为切入点，在学科、人才、教学和科研等方面的特色优势进行互补，搭建特色专科建设、人才培养等平台，为实现两院共同发展和深入合作打下了良好的基础，一定会取得显著的成绩。

Xie Gang, President of the Sichuan Second Hospital of TCM, said that the two hospitals, taking this further study as the starting point, will complement each other's distinctive advantages in disciplines, talents, teaching and scientific research, and build platforms for specialty construction and personnel training, which has laid a good foundation for the common development and in-depth cooperation of the two hospitals and will certainly achieve remarkable results.

座谈中，副院长苟文伊还从“医疗、教学、科研、产业、文化、国际合作”六个方面介绍了我院发展概况与未来战略。

会后，合川区中医院党委书记一行在医务部兼临床教学部部长姚东、对外合作部部长廖军的陪同下到医院相关各临床科室进行了现场参观好交流。

During the meeting, vice president Gou Wenyi also introduced the development situation and future strategy of our hospital from six aspects of "medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, industry, culture and international cooperation".

After the meeting, accompanied by Yao Dong, director of medical department and clinical teaching department, and Liao Jun, director of foreign cooperation department, the party secretary of Hechuan Hospital of TCM visited the relevant clinical departments of the hospital and had a good communication.
