2021年2月1日下午，省卫生健康委国际交流中心党支部书记、主任朱欣华率队来到省第二中医医院看望慰问援非医疗队队员薛斌家属陶楠。省第二中医医院党委书记张海、院长谢刚等领导及相关部门负责同志陪同慰问。

On the afternoon of February 1, 2021, Zhu Xinhua, secretary and director of the Party branch of the international exchange center of the Provincial Health Commission, led a team to the Second Provincial Hospital of TCM to visit Tao Nan, the family member of Xue bin, a member of the medical aid team to Africa. Zhang Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Second Provincial Hospital of TCM, Xie Gang, President of the hospital, and other leaders and management in charge of relevant departments accompanied the delegation.

座谈会上，医院党委书记张海向省卫生健康委和委国际交流中心对医院援外医疗队员及家属的关怀关心表示感谢。张海表示，不仅薛斌同志远在几内亚比绍尽职尽责、传播中医、抗击疫情，其爱人陶楠同志也克服家庭困难，在国内积极参加并出色完成医院抗疫工作任务。近几年，省第二中医医院海外服务人次占四川省中医药海外服务人次三分之二，在国际合作取得的优异成绩中，援外同志付出了汗水，争得了荣誉，作出了表率。

At the meeting, Zhang Hai, Secretary of the Party committee of the hospital, expressed his gratitude to the Provincial Health Commission and the international exchange center of the Provincial Health Commission for their care and concern for the hospital's foreign aid medical team members and their families. Zhang Hai said that not only did Xue bin fulfill his duty, spread traditional Chinese medicine and fight against the pandemic in Guinea-Bissau, but his wife, Tao Nan, also overcame family difficulties and actively participated in and excellently completed the task of hospital work of Covid-19 control in China. In recent years, the number of overseas service people of the Second Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine accounts for two-thirds of the number of overseas service people of traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan Province. In the excellent achievements of international cooperation, the foreign aid team members have worked hard, won the honor and set an example.

随后，医院院长谢刚向与会人员简要介绍了医院对外合作情况。

  省卫健委国际交流中心党支部书记、主任朱欣华对医院对外合作工作给予充分肯定，她表示，受省卫生健康委分管领导委托，她代表省卫生健康委和委国际交流中心对中国（四川）第17批援几内亚比绍医疗队队员薛斌及其家属表示慰问。朱欣华说，在这全球抗疫进入关键节点之际，习近平主席提出的“打造人类卫生健康共同体”倡议，表明中国将更加深入地参与全球卫生治理。在疫情冲击下擦亮中国援外医疗队的“金字招牌”，续写四川援外医疗的新篇章，需要我们再坚定站高望远的大局观，需要我们再激发温故知新的驱动力，需要我们再锻炼迎难而上的应变力。几内亚比绍尤其是卡松果医疗点条件最为艰苦，但薛斌同志作为卡松果点长，带领队员们在疫情期间时刻践行中国援外医疗队精神，克服困难、服从大局、坚守岗位、积极抗疫，感谢队员及其家属对援外医疗工作的理解和支持，感谢医院对援外医疗工作的重视及对援外医疗队员的关爱。

She said that, entrusted by the leaders in charge of the provincial health and Health Commission, she expressed thanks to Xuebin and his family members of the 17th batch of Guinea-Bissau medical team members in China (Sichuan) on behalf of the provincial health and Health Commission and the international exchange center of the CPC Committee. Zhu Xinhua said that with the pandemic control work into a key stage, President Xi Jinping's initiative to build a community for human health shows that China will participate more deeply in global health governance. Under the impact of the pandemic, we need to further uplift the reputation of the Chinese medical team to renew the new chapter of Sichuan medical aid. We need to firmly adopt a overall  view , stimulate the driving force of understanding the new, and we need to exercise the resilience to the difficulties. Guinea Bissau, especially the Canchungo medical treatment site, is the most difficult. However, Xue bin, as the head of the Canchungo point, has led the team members to practice with the spirit of the Chinese foreign aid medical team at all times during the pandemic period, overcome difficulties, take account of the overall situation, stick to their posts and actively fight the pandemic. She expressed thanks to the understanding and support of the members and their families for the medical work and thanked the hospital for its attention to the medical work and the care of the medical staff.

The attendants of the meeting had a video connection with Xue Bin to wish  him happy new year and told him to take care of his health. Xue Bin and his family member Tao Nan expressed their gratitude for the concern of the leaders of the Provincial Health Commission, the international exchange center of the Provincial Health Commission and the hospital, and said that they will continue to stick to their posts, live up to their mission, successfully complete the task of aid to Africa and return with high reputation.

春风徐徐燕归来。在新春来临之际，我们祝愿所有在海外开展医疗援助和服务的医疗队队员们，春节愉快！身体健康！万事如意！早日安全归国！
