2021年3月23日下午，国家中医药管理局国际合作司中医药国际合作专项—阿曼苏丹国中医药中心项目推进会在四川省第二中医医院召开。四川省中医药管理局对外合作处主任科员文苑参加会议，四川省第二中医医院党委书记张海等医院领导及阿曼苏丹国中医药中心项目建设所涉相关部门、科室负责人参加会议。四川省第二中医医院院长谢刚主持会议。

On the afternoon of March 23, 2021, the promotion meeting of international cooperation project of traditional Chinese medicine under the International Cooperation Department of National Administration of TCM, the project of TCM Center of the Sultanate of Oman was held in the Sichuan Second Hospital of TCM. Wenyuan, chief clerk of the International Cooperation Department of Sichuan Provincial Administration of TCM, attended the meeting, Zhang Hai, Secretary of the Party committee of the hospital, and the heads of relevant departments engaged in the construction of the Centre attended the meeting. Xie Gang, President of the Sichuan Second Hospital of TCM, presided over the meeting.

“阿曼苏丹国中医药中心项目建设周期为2020年8月至2021年7月。医院在2016年9月与阿曼皇室办公厅签订中医药合作谅解备忘录，搭建起中阿两国中医药国际教育、科研、医疗等的交流合作平台，开启了与迪万皇家医院开展中医药合作。2017年2月19日，省二中医医院首批赴阿曼医疗队出发前往阿曼，在阿曼马斯喀特迪旺皇家医院开展中医药海外服务。2018年3月1日，省二中医医院第二批赴阿曼医疗队出发。2019年10月省二中医院党委书记张海随四川省中医药代表团赴阿曼苏丹国进行合作交流，并于阿方续签署合作备忘录。自2017年以来，完成服务人次达4.89万人次......”，会上，医院对外合作部部长廖军简要介绍了阿曼苏丹国中医药中心项目建设的推进情况。医院组织人事部、医务部、护理部等有关职能部门负责人就各自承担的建设工作进度进行了汇报。

The construction period of the project is from August 2020 to July 2021. In September 2016, the hospital signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine with the general office of the royal office of Oman, which set up a platform for exchange and cooperation in international education, scientific research and medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine between China and Oman, and started the cooperation with Diwan Royal Hospital in traditional Chinese medicine. On February 19, 2017, the first batch of medical teams from the Sichuan Second Hospital of TCM set out for Oman to carry out overseas service of traditional Chinese medicine in Diwan Royal Hospital, Muscat, Oman. On March 1, 2018, the second batch of medical teams from the hospital set out for Oman. In October 2019, Zhang Hai, Secretary of the CPC Party committee of the Hospital accompanied the delegation of traditional Chinese medicine of Sichuan Province to the Sultanate of Oman for cooperation and exchange, and extended the memorandum of cooperation with Oman. Since 2017, 48,900 persons have been treated... ". at the meeting, Liao Jun, director of the international cooperation department of the hospital, briefly introduced the progress of the project construction of TCM Center of the Sultanate of Oman. The hospital organized the persons in charge of the personnel department, medical department, nursing department and other relevant functional departments to report on the progress of their respective construction work.

曾经在国家中医药管理局国际合作司上挂锻炼的运营管理办公室主任李婧和党办干事陈杰结合自己上挂工作期间的工作情况，对项目建设的推进提出了意见和建议。

“根据项目建设的推进情况，现阶段有的工作目标需要根据实际情况进行及时的修订完善。在工作开展中，曾经在阿曼工作过的队员要更多参与进来，让阿曼苏丹国中医药中心项目建设的各项任务能够落地和有效推进......”省二中医院党委书记张海在发言时对项目建设的下一步工作提出了要求和意见。
